25.01.2022 Many people have asked me to post a video that demonstrates the 'plates exercise' that I recommend to reduce dural tension states in general. If you took one of my classes, you will recall we discussed how to recognise bilateral tension of the dura. You may also remember the demonstration of this exercise and how it was able to generate an immediate increase in flexibility in several individuals. On the 'Articles' page of my website you can now find a link to a you tube clip in which Kate demonstrates the Plates Exercise to reduce Dural Tension. 23.01.2022 Great news for my American friends! The American Bowen Academy has just announced it will recognise the Importance of Symmetry workshop as a part of its Continuing Education Program. The workshop, which details the holistic assessment outlined in the book, will now receive Academy CE hours and partner credits (I understand CE’s will also be awarded to any ABA members who took the class in 2014). I am very pleased the workshop has received this recognition and I sincerely t...hank the ABA members and Instructors whose support has helped make this possible. In light of this accreditation for Academy CE’s, I have now decided to return to the USA in October to present the workshop in several states. I will also offer a Part 2 class for those who have previously attended the Importance of Symmetry workshop (Working title: Targeting Primary Dysfunction).
