23.01.2022 F. H. A Scrivener was no friend of the Johannine Comma http://textus-receptus.com/wi/Johannine_Comma_and_Scrivener

22.01.2022 The Johannine Comma in 1 John 5:7-8 is authentic scripture, written by John the apostle and rightfully in the Textus Receptus and King James Version today. I can’t seem to find anyone on the planet who will publicly debate me about the authenticity of the verse. Any takers?

05.01.2022 This book created a stir when it first came out 12 years ago. I just found the entire thing online doing some research into Scrivener. I know many people, inclu...ding Dean Burgon Society guys, have written against the claims in this book, and it is a hot potato. But here it is for you to critique for free.... https://www.soulwinning.info//gail/hazardous_materials.pdf

03.01.2022 (Read the comments in Avery's page here https://www.facebook.com/groups/purebible/permalink/3028751997216669/ for detailed info - the links on the pic below go ...to Avery’s website) It seems Granly Mcdonald who wrote "Raising the Ghost of Arius" and also published "Biblical Criticism in Early Modern Europe: Erasmus, the Johannine Comma and Trinitarian Debate" - both critical of the Johannine Comma, has threatened to SUE Steven Avery for critiquing his work. Over the years I have seen Avery's critiques (on almost every 'comma' related issue), but they are usually fair, and I would often read him say things like "Mcdonald makes a great point here" as well as the critical comments. Is Mcdonald's quest to be the go-to guru of the Jonannine Comma disingenuous? Surely he would WELCOME any criticism, so that he and others can learn and grow. But he wants to STIFLE critique and sue those who do. Can you imagine Bart Ehrman suing all those who critique him online! What about fair comment and fair use? How about all the folks James White scolds? Avery was commenting about the comma way before Mcdonald came along. I just can't understand why some critical text proponents desire to shut the mouths of TR / KJV people. Why not welcome critique and create an errata page, or update the book? I suppose you have to watch your P's and Q's around these types who sue at the drop of a hat. Perhaps his book about the comma is not all it is cracked up to be? (Funnily enough - when I typed that last line, I imagined Avery reading that and saying - "no, his book does have some good things in it".)
