Here’s a tip for to reduce your lower back pain problem while doing leg press, you should be pushing your lower back to the pad. 14.01.2022 https://www.instagram.com/p/CHnqYzFHd8q/?igshid=jusou3x3tzw8 Insta _tns.fitness_ Today’s topic : ... Exercise VS depression I have clients, friends and family who are suffer with depression, I have always and tried my best to help and support them as much as I can, and I really hope you guys would take just a few mins to read through my experience and this post especially if you or family/friends who are suffering with depression, Studies show that exercise can treat mild to moderate depression as effectively as antidepressant medication - but without the side-effects. exercise is a powerful depression fighter for several reasons. Most importantly, it promotes all kinds of changes in brain, including neural Growth, reduced inflammation, and new activity patterns that promote feelings of calm and well-being. It also releases endorphins , powerful chemicals in your brain that energise your spirits and make you feel good. In conclusion, exercise can also serve as distraction, allowing you to find some quiet time to break out of the cycle of negative thoughts that feed depression. First step Sometime it’s hard to get motivated with depression, first step is really important. Depression manifests physically by causing disturbed sleep, reduced energy, appetite changes, body aches, and increased pain perception, all of which can result in less motivation to exercise. Let’s say if you are feeling unmotivated today, or it’s your first time ever and wanted to start some changes, just start with sometime small like: getting up and moving just a little bit will help. Start with just five minutes a day of walking or any activity you enjoy. Join a gym, talk to people and, Soon, five minutes of activity will become 10, and 10 will become 15 and more. You should begin to feel better a few weeks after you begin exercising. But this is a long-term treatment, not a onetime fix. I would suggest to pick something you can sustain over time and enjoy it, The key is to make it something you like and something that you'll want to keep doing and make yourself feel better.
