11.01.2022 Sooooooo did not want to get up when the alarm went off at 6:15am! It was cold, I was tired but my running partner hadn’t msgd me to cancel... and I sure wasn’t going to let her down! But sometimes Mother Nature rewards you for your efforts! Beautiful sunrise to admire on our run around Armstrong Creek. Felt good after the 6km jog and so thankful for my beautiful accountability partner.... you keep me honest!... And then saw the fine mist on the river on my way back home and had to share that as well! If you haven’t got roses to smell, revel in the sunrises! How does it get better this!

09.01.2022 And every morning the sun comes up. Smiling and glowing this morning and helping us smile as well. No matter what is on your mind and your mood when you go to sleep, you can choose to carry those same thoughts and mood with the sunrise..... or choose something different!
