09.01.2022 FAMILY FITNESS: TGFit's Monday Fitblitz on the AFL oval at McNamara St, Edge Hill, opposite PCYC, at 5pm is just $10 per person OR $25 per family (up to two adults and high school aged kids, single or plural, from one family). Book with me on 0402 115 754. You'll each need light hand weights 1kg-3kg depending on strength, plus a stretchy band (preferrably two - one straight, one circular, available from Kmart and Target). Bring water, covered shoes and a willingness to laugh and sweat.
