02.01.2022 Flood update: business goes on, as much as it can when one of the quarry providers also goes under water! It has been a mammoth stressful week with Trevor and Kaths house at Katrella going under water despite the valiant efforts of Clinton, Mitch and Col. I would like to sincerely thank the Chant boys for going well and truly beyond their job descriptions, building levees, pumping water out, taking carpet out, moving furniture (many times), ferrying us in and out in the boat ...and loader bucket, staying on flood watch duty through the night and everything else they have done for the Koschel family. You are most amazing young men and Rick and I will be eternally grateful for you, George and Julie your sons are a credit to you. Thanks to Col who has also kept the pumps going, rigged up the porta loo, fed the cat, and everything else that needed doing. We are extremely lucky to have such amazing people working with us. Thank you too to our drivers who have all offered help and to family especially the Edwards and friends who have sent messages of support. See more
