24.01.2022 Unloading at Cubbie Ginnery, Dirranbandi QLD. Apparently it will only take 30 minutes to gin this 60 tonne (41 bales) of cotton, of which 40% by weight becomes lint and balance seed and trash. Therefore a triple Road Train load of raw cotton is reduced to a semi load pure lint. I was also told that this cotton has been genetically modified (GM) to be produced without the use any chemicals whatsoever.
