24.01.2022 JORDAN’S PRESCHOOL BABY SHOWER Today we had a special celebration for our amazing educator Jordan and her baby! This week will be her last week before she embarks on her new journey into motherhood. We had a high tea this morning enjoying fresh fruit, pink milk and mini cupcakes followed by ‘pass the parcel’ and ‘guess the baby’s features!’ In Jordan’s special bag of gifts from the Preschoolers was a white shirt for us to throw pink chalk on! 24.01.2022 The Joeys finished off our week with a sensory play activity of cornflour, water and colouring which was so much fun. We also created amazing artworks with paint and sparkles, read our favorite books, sang lots of songs, danced, constructed with duplo and looked after our babies. An action packed day...Please remember to pack a few changes of clothes, as we are enjoying lots of water and messy play experiences. Have a fantastic weekend enjoying our beautiful weather.

05.01.2022 We LOVE Spring Today the Joeys were given the opportunity to engage in water play we LOVED cooling off by spashing in the water and giving our thirsty plants a big drink Simone and Jazzy then invited the children to explore the water through the hose, which lead to the children running under the hose like a sprinkler (see video on previous post) We had an absolute ball #TGsWay #playingislearningforlife #Waterplay #springhassprung

04.01.2022 Today we celebrated the Mid Autumn Festival also known as the Moon festival with Melodie. We watched a very interesting story about how this celebration came along. We then made some paper lanterns and coloured in some Chinese dragons to represent the different celebrations held.
