We try our hardest to tone it down and counteract any unwanted tones but it's difficult. We're are hairdressers and not wizards. It can take multiple sessions to get your hair the perfect level of blonde and pretty much NEVER happens first go. We try our hardest to explain every step of the process to ensure you understand exactly what your getting. So please lovely ladies if your not prepared to go through the awkward ' it feels orange ' stage or your on a tight budget, please rethink going blonde or lighter
