25.01.2022 2nd 11day test Results received for staff and Family All NEGATIVE COVID SAFE DINING WORKS!... Covid picked the wrong restaurant to mess with First we want to thank GV Health who really take ownership of this situation and handle this the way it should be handled. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts especially to Julyan and Carolyn . Also Melissa from Contact tracing . You are all doing an outstanding job I want to now explain why its such a great achievement by our staff. In most other outbreak (cluster) situations, there is only one person who is infected. We had two confirmed cases that dined. We managed to contain 2 cases from spreading. We done this by going above and beyond normal covid safe protocols. Here are some examples. 1. Our Thai Huts (seen in this photo) are served at the end of the table. Staff dont reach over customers to place food infront of them. Limiting touch exposure. 2. All cutlery , plates and glasses are manually washed and then chemically machine washed. Every single item the customer uses is washed TWICE ! 3. We eliminate cross contamination of used plates to staff to customers. Our used plates are collected by one staff member , manually washed by another and then clean stacked by a third staff member. The same items are never recirculated on the same evening during the covid pandemic. These are some of the reasons we contributed to stopping shepparton from having a breakout. Our customers can be assured that we have conducted 2 commercial cleaning of our restaurant. One of them was a deep clean supervised by the DHHS. No hospitality setting is keeping you safer than we keep you.
