25.01.2022 20 ... We would like to invite you all to join the merit in Thot Kathin at Northern River Thai Community, No 1 Laihaina Cres on October 20, 19. The donation from this merit will be funding to build up the Thai Temple in Lismore. Thot Kathin is the annual merit making ceremony where the new robes are presented to Buddhist monks by Buddhist laymen. It always held up in October, after the end of the Buddhist Lent period and lasts for one month. We wish you and all of your family prosperity and happiness all over. Sathu.

The Thai Temple in Forestdale will be holding its annual Songkran Festival on Sunday, April 19th, 2020. Religious ceremonies will be conducted in the morning, followed by exhibitions of traditional Thai dancing as well as staging of Miss and Mister Songkran Contests. There is no entry fee but donations are welcome and appreciated.
