Collecting contact information for COVID-19 Updated on 22 Decemb...er 2020 A range of businesses are required to collect contact information from staff and patrons for the purpose of contact tracing. Information collected will assist the local public health unit to contact trace in the event a person attended one of these businesses while they were infectious with COVID-19. As of 1:00am, Wednesday 23 December, all hospitality venues are required to keep all patron contact details electronically and move away from paper-based record keeping. Please note you will be required to provide this information upon attending any of our venues on race days or events at Callaghan Park. You will be required to sign in via our QR Code.
