25.01.2022 Bangkok Banana Let’s play a game of ‘how far back into the archives can Kylie go’? This is @gelatomessina’s Thai inspired creation from the Night Noodle Markets in 2019. Banana gelato, banana fritters, caramelised palm sugar, coconut and lime chantilly, and topped with a crunchy peanut crumble.

20.01.2022 Potato gnocchi with goats feta, burnt butter, sage and pine nuts. As somebody who loves a good 80% sauce to pasta ratio, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious such a light sauce could be. Also shoutouts to the friendly people of @thepanamadiningroom who followed up on what we ate a few weeks after we went there. We were too excited to dig in that we forgot what half the dishes were.

19.01.2022 Portuguese tarts. The custard was but the homemade puff pastry... not so much. If I’m being generous, it was a good 3% flakey. And that, lad and ladettes, is why we don’t laminate pastry on a super hot day... Especially when you’re like me and don’t have the patience to let it set up in the fridge between layers.

07.01.2022 Cue the harps. This marks the beginning of a my weird fetish for hummus (if that gives you any weird visuals, you’re welcome). This unsuspectingly amazing dish is pumpkin hummus with kale and fried pepitas. Served with a generous helping of crispy bread. : @thepanamadiningroom

06.01.2022 Caramel Chocolate Dome. Fresh berries, crystallised walnuts, raspberry brownie, Oreo crumb, raspberry coulis, warm salted caramel sauce and salted caramel ice cream. When @theinspiredadventures gets you to pick her dessert for the benefit of your photo. #blessed ... : @dessertsbynightspringvale
