16.01.2022 Last night was the brigade Christmas party held in The Atrium at the Farmers Market. A happy time was had by all in attendance. Father Christmas was a hit with ...some of the children but a couple weren't sure of the man in the red suit, hahah. Here are some images of the night. To our community and on behalf of Mt Pleasant CFS, I wish you all the joy of Christmas and the holidays. See more

05.01.2022 It’s been a tough few months here in Victoria, especially in Melbourne and if any year needs some early Christmas cheer, it really is 2020! So as our little wa...y spread some early Christmas cheer, we got together with our friends at FRV, VicPol, AV, SES, & FFMV. We work as one, and we make flashy light Christmas videos as one! We hope you all enjoy our video, have a smile and then have yourselves a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS! Starring: CFA (Country Fire Authority), Fire Rescue Victoria, Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria, Victoria State Emergency Service and Forest Fire Management Victoria. Created by CFA Member Adam Kamenek. A special thanks to Simon VDV, FRV Station 84 (B shift), South Warrandyte CFA as well as all the other emergency service members that came along (COVID safe of course) and helped film on the night. Main music track: Wizards In Winter by Trans Siberian Orchestra - Permitted use under licensing by Facebook / Facebook Music. #ThankYouVictoria #HaveSomeEarlyXmasSmiles #WeLikeFlashyLights #EmergencyServicesLightShow

01.01.2022 If your BBQ has been in hibernation, there's a few simple safety checks you'll need to do before firing it up ... (or you might end up with more than a few burnt snags). www.cfa.vic.gov.au/warnings-restrictions/can
