03.01.2022 Hi everyone, I hope you are all safe and well in these turbulent and uncertain times. Just a few updates on the trading and operation on our part: Our promotion for March has been postponed and will be drawn at a later date ( we will announce a new draw date soon ) all entrants have been recorded and we will draw based on that.... In regards to our operation within government guidelines and requirements of businesses, we have introduced new policies, these are as follows; 1) we are saying good bye to handshakes for a while. 2) we cannot accept any drinks, food or gifts from clients 3) we will not accept cash at this stage under advice from WHO. 4) if you have been exposed to the virus in any form or travelled overseas recently, we will not be able to work for you until you are confirmed to be clear of the virus. If you return a positive result after we have worked for you, we require immediate notification so we can ensure we are aware of exposure. 5) we will be washing our hands before and after works at any and all properties, irrespective of the size and scope of works 6) payment terms have changed from 14 days to 7 days from date of invoice. We know this is an uncertain time and most people are unsure of what is going to happen but we are doing our best to provide service of the same quality but also keep people safe, for all of us. We are also offering a 10% discount to medical frontline workers, nurses (en & rn), doctors, paramedics and essential medical staff.
