19.01.2022 How's this for a scary moment. I had to drive to Toowoomba to load my tree harvezter on the float because no one at the repairers wanted to do it. I don't blame them. So glad they called me in because it could have been a complete disaster as they haven't ever driven the machine. Not real keen on doing it again myself.

15.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Meet Mr Blu or Blu for short. Blu carries a number of titles within our organisation. Primarily he sees his job as keeper and defender of the paddock. that means he will actively drive out any kangaroos or emus that wander into our paddock ensuring they do not enter our charcoal manufacturing site and do damage. The second role he sees as important is Union Boss. It's Mr Blu for this title thanks very much. Mr Blu lets us know when it is 4pm and time to ...knock off for the day. He does this in a variety of ways beginning with the suttle approach of merely turning up where we are working. If tht action is not taken seriously he checks in with each person working by entering their space to say hello. If that doesn't work he sets up camp right in the middle of the activity ensuring people have to either walk around him or step over him. This activity ensures the attention of the work supervisor who is most often the machine operator. It gets pretty tense from there in as he is out ranked by the operator. Not to worry, he'll do it all again tomorrow. Here is a picture of Mr Blu supervising the collection of timber in the paddock in our tree harvester. See more

04.01.2022 A warm welcome to you all. If you've ever felt pain, watch this video! The lady in this video was a 2nd year visa seeker who came to work in my charcoal manu...facturing business. Megan, I observed was strong inside but also displayed a degree of fracturing. A black void of pain that had no bottom to it which on a daily basis threatened to swallow her whole. But Megan had courage and even though her pain manifested in constant complaining and tension she also displayed a determination to achieve the things she wanted to achieve. She gave us her all, and at first that wasn’t a lot but we knew she needed to be with us for some reason. After a while Megan told me about her Mum dying when she was young and how she couldn’t remember her, didn’t feel anything for her because there were no memories. Megan also told me many stories about her greatly loved Nan and how this void opened up in her when her beloved Nan died. To share more deeply the process, we used together we basically created a mental scrapbook which she can access whenever she wants. I took Megan on a journey. She was fully awake although very relaxed and I guided her on this journey back to when she was a baby with her mother. Using a variety of NLP techniques, we found her memories and we pinned them to the scrapbook in her mind. We also revisited her Nan’s final days and again using NLP we walked her past the point where the grief became unbearable and found her better memories and understanding of her role in her Nan’s life rather than her Nan’s role in Megan’s life. This changed her power base completely Megan has given me full permission to share this video testimonial with anyone who I believe it can help. I’m choosing you.

02.01.2022 The hot topic for graziers in central and south western Qld is Pimelea poisoning. Basically, if you are a grazier and your cattle are suffering from this poisoning you already know about it. But did you know charcoal manufactured right here in Qld is helping to save cattle herds on a daily basis? RCRA is supplying specifically manufactured and graded ORGANIC charcoal to various dry lick and lick block companies in Qld, which in turn is helping graziers turn the tables on P...imelea poisoning. From RCRA's point of view it is just another way we can utilise waste Gidgee timber. We already supply combustible charcoal and horticultural and agricultural charcoal products to 4 States of Australia but are now branching out to help in animal husbandry as well. Being able to assist farmers and graziers in this additional way is just the icing on the cake. If our charcoal saves your herd then we are happy, no, more than happy, bloody ecstatic. And what's more, we want you to tell us about it. We proved the value of our product many years ago when a friend's camel dairy herd were dropping like flies from Clostridium disease. One 20kg dose of RCRA ORGANIC charcoal (for 16 camels) and our patients became stable. An ongoing supply for self medication and the remaining herd survived where the classic treatment of calcium injections had failed. If you have any animal gut issues like the ones above, or even something different, let us know. Perhaps we can help! In the meantime, should you need further information on supply of charcoal for this purpose please contact us at [email protected] or 0408 159 804.
