Black Angus flank steak cooked medium over charcoal with a smoked beef fat vinaigrette. Pan fried baby carrots with a roasted cashew sauce and fresh herb oil Black dirty rice with crispy onion and pumpkin Veg will swap out the beef steak for slow roasted spiced golden cauliflower nuggets Dessert: 1 for $4 Cherry and pistachio cake with fresh vanilla cream Once again, thank you to everyone for all of your support
