20.01.2022 Its been a busy week this week with a few special cakes. The first was the 2019 Wollongong Relay For Life cake. This years theme was new beginnings. The base cake was my death by chocolate mud and the top a super moist vanilla.

20.01.2022 Attempted something new today. A few came out a bit Gumby but most ok. Fairly happy with the outcome.

14.01.2022 So after finishing at Bunnings I came home and started on the next cake which was being picked up at 9 am today. After another late one, this was the end product. One thing I will say is I hate navy fondant I am still getting the blue off my hands.

06.01.2022 Come down to Bunnings Warrawong from 8 am tomorrow and grab yourself a cupcake or two. I have 21 different types for sale ranging from the classic super chocolate to lemon meringue and everything in between. Somewhere amongst these is my 5,000th cupcake for th Cancer Council. Who ever buys the marked cupcake will get a That Cake Guy voucher for use at a latter date.

05.01.2022 Warning proud dad moment. My 11 year old daughters class decided to complicate book week by throwing in a cake competition. When I face timed her yesterday from work she had been hard at it and made all the components for a cake. I was blown away at what she had done. I was even more blown away when I got home latter that night to find she had produced this awesome cake. Not bad for a 11 year old having her first crack at cake decorating.
