Why I prefer Monk Fruit 100% plant based green powder, not a chemical base Sweetness without bitter taste like the chemical based sweetners Sweetness comes from naturally occurring antioxidants in the monk fruit called ‘mogrosides’ ... Can be used in anything, tea, coffee, milkshakes, smoothies, porridge, baking, cooking etc and tastes just like sugar Only 0.1 g sugar per serve (Naturally occuring) Great if you have insulin problems If you are going off sugar I would suggest you replace with this instead of a chemical based sugar like Erythritol. Make sure you check the ingredients, it should only be monk fruit powder, nothing else, and it should be green. It will be more expensive but this tiny bag lasts a while being 8x sweeter and needing alot less when cooking. As an example 1/4 tsp in your coffee would be very sweet! I use 1 tsp in an entire batch of pancakes. See more

12.01.2022 Henry was excited he got a GF DF oreo in his lunch. He has been telling me kids at kindy get candy and cookies everyday. Not sure if that's accurate ...So, I'll say while we are talking cookies, I am not a fan of the 'sometimes food' label because kids have no idea what sometimes is! Tbh I think some adults don't understand this either. Sometimes is not daily.
