03.01.2022 I recently got together with Australian artist and illustrator Kerrie Hess to produce the next two series of her phenomenal online masterclass. It’s a LOT of work running a four camera set, lighting and sound by yourself but goddam if it didn’t feel good to be producing something again. We kept consistent lighting across the entire shoot with a simple setup of 2x Aputure 120ds (and accessories) with an bi-color amaran and golden reflector adding some warmth and colour to the... face highlights and hairline. Using extensors monitors on all remote cameras pointed back towards the A-cam was also a must for monitoring (even if it has let me with mild eye strain afterwards).
