17.01.2022 A world first? We have no idea! It’s hard to know what to even call this. Stout Liqueur comes closest to describing this oddity. This zero attenuation stout is completely unfermented. It is then fortified after being pasteurised with a distilled beer. ... It is the most deserty stout possible with rich fruity aromatics and intense chocolate and malt characters. As none of these exist, it’s hard to say exactly how to serve this - but we are suggesting people keep it refrigerated (although we also love this at room temp) and serve in small quantities similar to a port. Just make sure to keep it refrigerated for long term storage as we have no idea how this will age. The beer we distilled for the fortification was a massive barely wine fermented out super hot to push tons of fruity esters. Grab yours online today!
