21.01.2022 30 DAY SPLITS CHALLENGE Stretches 1-5 are your foundation stretches, you do them every day. The first 5 days you are doing the first 5 stretches as a combo. Then started from day 6 you will add one move on. So on day 6 you will do stretches 1-5 plus 6. On day 30 you will do stretches 1-5 plus 30. Make sense? Hold each stretch for 30-60 secs each side!...
