12.01.2022 Nearly every week when we hand over a new site, we have a painful discussion with the customer over a small monthly fee for backups, plugin updates and security monitoring. The clients that don't go ahead with the service come back in 3 months crying about how their site has been hacked and defaced and blame us for their own inability to see the logic. If you update your plugins regularly, this won't happen to you! You don't need fancy security plugins you just need to keep your site up to date. Customers on our maintenance plans don't get hacked... It's that simple!
