Lyn Wilkeson & Jo Berkin's 70th, Helen Whitlock & Margie Cocks' 80th and Yvonne Hollow & Ella MacGregor-Dey's 90th birthdays. 24.01.2022 The last Thaxted Park Ladies Go Golf Clinic for 2020 is commencing on Tuesday 20th and Sunday 25th October. Our Ladies Clinics are all about having fun and focusing on a different golf skill each week. The last 30 minutes you will relax with the group over coffee and cake. 12.01.2022 TPGC Senior Pennant team. (Harry, Peter, Peter, Paul, Daryl, Bob & Dave) The team performed gallantly in the first round of Senior Pennants against Royal Adelaide at Blackwood Golf Club on Monday. Unfortunately going down 4 matches to 3. Better luck next time

11.01.2022 COVID-19 Update Sunday 29th November 2020 Following the Premier's announcement on Friday 27th November 2020, the easing of some restrictions will take effect from Tuesday 1st December 2020 and will stay in place for 2 weeks before the next review. Below is an update on operations at Thaxted Park Golf Club:... Golf: - Club competitions will resume from Tuesday 1st December Hospitality: - Indoor density remains at one person per 4 sqm, all food and beverage (including alcohol) must be consumed whilst seated. - Outdoor density will change to one person per 2 sqm, food and beverages (including alcohol) can be consumed whilst standing. The Club's COVID-19 Safe Plan will be updated and QR Code registrations will begin on Tuesday 1st December. Please ensure you continue to: - Maintain the 1.5-metre distancing rule - Use hand sanitiser provided - Stay at home if you feel unwell and get tested - Masks are not mandatory but are encouraged Allen Guyett Club Manager

10.01.2022 Covid Closure As per the State Government announcement yesterday. Thaxted Park Golf Club's facility (including the golf course, proshop, practice facilities and clubhouse) are closed from 11:59pm Wednesday 18th November for the following 6 days. Updates will be communicated to members as more information is provided.... Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Take care and stay well. We'll see you all back at the club again soon. 08.01.2022 More than just a Golf Club.

05.01.2022 Today the Premier announced that from Midnight Saturday the 21st of November, the Stay-at-Home directive will be lifted, and restrictions will revert to a level similar to those implemented on Tuesday the 17th of November. While the full directive is yet to be published, we anticipate that the public activity direction will allow for a return to golf from this Sunday. The Proshop will be open from 6 am on Sunday for bookings on 8325 1636.... Looking forward to seeing you all back at the club soon.
