25.01.2022 UPPER BEACONSFIELD Here is the finished product of the tree house we have built over the last couple of days. We designed and built the tree house to suit what the customer wanted within their budget. Also as a bonus it was built so it can have add ons at a later date if needed without pulling it all apart. ... Very happy with the outcome!

18.01.2022 PAKENHAM Today we returned to finish and paint the front of the garage.

17.01.2022 Heres the timber repair were doing in between everything else. We have: -Removed all rot. -Replaced all rot with new timber. -Bogged and patched. -Undercoated one side, patched all little defects ready to sand and paint.... 17.01.2022 PAKENHAM This afternoon we replaced some cement sheeting to the garage of a house that is up for sale. We will return tomorrow afternoon to paint.

16.01.2022 We have started a timber repair and stripped a window that was badly patched up for a sale and now needs to be repaired properly.

10.01.2022 Officer Today we removed silicon from areas were they were not sealed properly, they had damaged the mirrors and splash back. We also started removed silicon and grout from a shower but then a leak In the wall and floor was discovered so that had to come to stop and for the customer to go through there insurance before the next step is taken.... We removed all damaged silicon and replaced it with caulking to seal and ensure that they will be no more leaks. More completion photos to come due to having to deal with some unexpected issues.

09.01.2022 PAKENHAM Pakenham Obrien Realestate gave us this job to do a roof Report and gutter clean at this house. We also went over all the fence palings as there because a few had fallen off or were falling off.

09.01.2022 TYNONG NORTH Today we returned to a good customer of ours and built a custom rustic bar that we designed.

07.01.2022 LONGWARRY We received a call out from OBrien Realestate Pakenham to fix a dropped and blocked down pipe causing the backyard to flood in these storms. We dont only just do Carpentry we also cater for those needing general maintenance.

06.01.2022 PAKENHAM We got a call out to a falling external ceiling. We have propped it up to make safe and will return once its dry to peel the roof tiles to re-glue and screw back into place.
