23.01.2022 After Hervey Bay we were off to Bundaberg. Unfortunately our trip was cut short by wet weather but we got to see a few things while we were there. Chris posted some pics from his phone earlier of the Bargara Beach and Bundaberg Barrel.

21.01.2022 Some more photos while out and about on the Sunshine Coast. We got to see the big macadamia and the big pineapple! Some nice pics of dams and waterfalls.

20.01.2022 After Inskip Point we set off to Hervey Bay. We didn't see any whales but we did see a lot of interesting locals in Hervey Bay and Maryborough (some colourful characters and lots of noisy cars) and got to visit a few different markets. We hit the jackpot at the Pier Park Markets- got some local jams, beef jerky, salami, olives and strawberries. All very delicious! We were lucky as they were the first lot of markets since Covid started. We were also lucky to get to go to the first lot of markets at Eumundi when we were on the Sunshine Coast.

18.01.2022 After the Sunshine Coast we spent close to a week at the gorgeous Inskip Point near Fraser Island. We caught the ferry at Noosa and drove along the beach from Noosa North Shore to Inskip Point. Part of that journey included the magnificent Rainbow Beach in the pics below. The shorty prado and camper did a great job cruising up the beach!

At the end of September we were lucky enough to get away to stunning Airlie Beach to celebrate the birthday of Chris's Mum Michelle and our new dear friend Anna. Chris, Anna, Paul and myself had an amazing time snorkelling and taking in the tropics. Gopro footage to come later on

12.01.2022 Some more photos from us sight seeing on the Sunshine Coast. We got to visit some amazing towns including Maleny, Montville and Mapleton up in the mountains where we got some amazing cheese, yoghurt and wine! The vineyard we visited was also owned by the guy we worked for in Ballendean, such amazing views!

10.01.2022 There's been a few of these little beauties around our camp in Mackay. Brown wings on the outside and stunning blue on the inside! Unfortunately the Willy Wagtails have a keen eye for them and absolutely nail them!

07.01.2022 Hi everyone! We hit the road again yesterday. After our 1 week stop in Mackay (that lasted 3 months ) we have continued North to Home Hill to see family. The extension of our stay allowed us to buy our caravan and make some great friends that feel like family Here are some pics from the phone leading up to and during our stay in Mackay

06.01.2022 A day adventure to Coolum Beach

06.01.2022 The stunning Inskip Point! We got to spend close to a week in this little piece of paradise. Tried a bit of snorkelling and spear fishing, Chris caught a Mack Tuna and we were visited by a heap of wildlife. Our beach camp looked over to the South end of Fraser Island and we could watch the ferry drop people off on the other side. Very relaxing in this sunny little spot.

03.01.2022 Beck's birthday (7th July) eve- Beck spent the day being pampered at the day spa followed by a spread of locally sourced red wine, cheese and smoked salami at the beach while watching the full moon rise over the ocean. Such a relaxing and amazing experience to have together!

03.01.2022 Date night in Maroochydore and Mooloolabah while Shadow was being puppy sat. We went to Holey Moley (so much fun if you haven't been) followed by dinner and drinks. Such a nice night out!
