23.01.2022 Spotlight on TASK HQ! Meet Josie, our Enrolments Manager. Josie leads the team that handle all the incoming phone calls from parents and carers, helping them to enrol their children into TASK services, manage changes to their details and schedules. She then coordinates with the Rostering team to ensure we always have the right number of staff in the right mix, for the children we have enrolled on any given day. Josie has been with us for just over a year and brings attent...ion to detail and a strong customer service focus to her role. Away from TASK, Josie is Mum to two young men who eat her out of house and home! Luckily Josie loves to cook and is always whipping up crowd-sized batches of pasta, schnitzels and other hearty fare.
