25.01.2022 Love these guys!! They are the best staff ever. Dug in through bush fires, COVID and everything else 2020 has thrown at us and our town. Bridgette and I are super proud and feel super blessed to have these beautiful guys and girls in our lives. We live in a strong, special community and our staff (our family!!), mean the world to us. Glad we could spend some time away from the pass together today. You guys rock!! Xxx!!! Giddy up!! A special thanks to the wonderful crew a Mona who took care of us in a exceptional way. You guys rock too!

25.01.2022 We are making a...super-slow roasted tomato sauce with the last of our sweet frost hardy leeks and local garlic...and Tim from Braidwood food co. is making fresh pasta- 2 varieties- one of which will contain the ladies black garlic from garlicious grown .
