The successful applicant will be working in all areas of the Hotel both under the hotel manager when required take on the role of Duty Manager.... The Albion Hotel offers a Sports Bar, Bistro, Alfresco dining area, Thirsty Camel Bottle Shop 33 machine Jackpot gaming room. Ideally the applicant must have: A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within the hospitality industry. The desire and enthusiasm to help take an already successful venue to the next level. The ability to train, develop and oversee staff in order to create an enthusiastic team. A 'hands-on' approach and a lead by example attitude. The ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times. Experience in all aspects of hotel operations with a strong emphasis on food, bar and gaming operations. Strong problem solving & resolution skills. TAB and Keno experience. A thorough understanding of the Jackpot Gaming system All current gaming and liquor approvals needed for this position. Strong & accurate cash management and stock take control skills. Experience in computer POS (H&L preferred).
