15.01.2022 They began their journey with us back in 2016 and tomorrow will be their final day. They came to us as young boys on that first day of secondary school and they will leave tomorrow afternoon as young men. Over the last 5 years they have grown and developed into wonderful people with great characters. They have been a delight to teach and work with and we the ARC staff wish them well as they move on to the next chapter of their lives.

12.01.2022 This week, the MY students have been writing Acrostic Poems using the Character Strengths shown by those who have fought for the freedoms that we enjoy today and those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice. Informative discussions were had and deeper understanding was gained. Poems were written and poppies were made as we created a Remembrance Day display in the ARC. Tomorrow we shall pause for a minute and show our respects to the fallen. 12.01.2022 Another fantastic swimming lesson today. Daryl tells the students not to get wet in the pool - but, they never listen! Keep trying, Daryl. Water safety is vital and that’s why we love our weekly swimming sessions. Well done, super swimmers

09.01.2022 Today, ARC students and staff had the opportunity to visit the National War Memorial in the city to pay our respects to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice so we can live the life we have today. Lest We Forget.

08.01.2022 On Friday we spent an awesome day at the Discovery Park in the Barossa. What a great way it was to farewell our Year 12's and to celebrate a wonderful year. Special thanks go to Krysten for finding such an amazing place.

08.01.2022 The ARC is now 3 years into our Minecraft Learning Program, and today we were able to upgrade to the latest version (BIG thanks to Daryl and Mr. Mohamed). Dolphins, cats, turtles, polar bears, and panda bears were being spawned left, right and centre. Students were flying and diving, carrots were growing and rabbits were accidentally being destroyed by random arrows. The room was alive with excitement!!! If Minecraft isn't embedded in your curriculum - then we recommend you do so

03.01.2022 As part of our ongoing social skills program we visited Fremont Park. Here our students spent a wonderful day engaging with each other in an environment out of school. Lots of fun was had exploring the equipment and interacting with each other. Top Job everyone!
