02.01.2022 Armourers quick heads up, we had planned a short holiday next week but due to COVID we have had to cancel. Good news is gym classes will be on Monday and Wednesday with more to come later in the week once we have sorted a few little trips away. Classes have now been added to the app, with more to come. We have had an awesome start to the year, with some real improvements to our technique! Let’s keep get better, make the hour in the gym the best for the day!... One class tomorrow before a long weekend.
