06.01.2022 Dance has always been an important part of my life. I have enjoyed going to dance classes regularly since a young child. I loved taking my RAD ballet exams and... being with my dance family. Its so important that children and parents are reassured at the moment, especially when faced with the changes COVID-19 has made necessary...The connection and creativity that dance class provides is so beneficial for this age group. Emma Watkins AKA Emma Wiggle recently helped the RAD send a message of reassurance to our youngest dancers who might be overwhelmed by COVID-19 social distancing and hygiene measures. 06.01.2022 Some recent success for our fabulous students. Years of hard work have paid off with our Miss Corina being accepted into the prestigious Queensland Ballet full time training program. Corina last year passed her Advanced 2 exam with us gaining a Distinction in this gruelling Pre professional and final level exam before performing the lead of Odette in Ballet Theatre of Queenslands production of Swan Lake. Our fabulous Intermediate student Emtaiya has also just received her ...letter of offer after audition to join The Queensland Ballet Academy to take up full time training next year. Im so proud of our students phenomenal successes and the ongoing inspiration they present to our younger aspiring students. Huge congratulations to them and their ever supportive families See more

Thank you so much to all of our supportive families for your trust in my decisions and progress through the pandemic restrictions, and for all of the beautiful gifts and kindness in acknowledgement of my 40th teaching year. 04.01.2022 Day 1 in our studio was loaded with positives. Beautiful Odette was the first student through the door and will be expanding her training this year to include performance work. Delene stretched her classes to a double program to strive for even greater results and brought a beautiful froggy addition to put into the fairy garden . Our new Intermediates covered their whole barre work as did gorgeous Bree in her first Advanced Foundation class and Daihna and Leah worked through 2 modules of level 3 repertoire. We finished with Daihnas solo work mapping out plans for possibly her biggest ever year. We are off and running!.
