We should now look at physical health and mental health in the same way. This year we have partnered with Commonfolk Coffee to increase awareness around Mental ill health and the avenues that can help. Fundraising is always great, but we believe that flooding our communities with the philosophies of never suffering alone, speaking up and checking in on friends is vital today.
