24.01.2022 The Bru will be reopening on Tuesday May 12th. However in order to comply with social distancing, hygiene guidelines and for the well-being of our staff and clients a few things have changed until further notice: * Our opening hours- the bru will temporarily run from 9:00-21:00 (last booking will be 20:15). * our staffing- We will be staggering shifts, not all of our barbers will be working at the same time.... What we ask of you: * BE ON TIME and as close to your appointment time as possible: This is to help us with the additional time required for extra cleaning between cuts, also to limit the amount of people ‘waiting’ late arrivals may be turned away. * Come alone: this is to reduce foot traffic, the risk of infection and to help us adhere to social distancing restrictions. The ONLY exceptions to this rule will be a child’s cut or a client requiring assistance. ONE adult may accompany them. * ALL clients are required to wash or sanitise their hands on arrival. * Clients are asked to use the seating provided whilst waiting to maintain social distancing. Please do not stand or sit anywhere within 1.5mtrs of another person. * Please do NOT come to your appt if you’re feeling even the slightest unwell or have any cold or flu symptoms. Please endeavour to cancel/reschedule appts within 12 hours notice. Lastly: bookings will ONLY be taken via the Bru page (messenger)or Bru telephone number on or after May 12th. Please do not message our barbers directly, this places undue stress upon our staff at an already stressful time.

I am thankful for our loyal and wonderful clients who keep rolling through the doors daily so we can keep doing what we love..thankful to my dedicated, loyal and resilient staff for helping to keep my dream alive. We as a whole here in Albury Wodonga seem to have been lucky to date with no confirmed cases. ... To continue to protect our staff, clientele and our families within our small business The Barbers Bru will now be politely requesting that until further notice only those receiving a service (no accompanying family and friends unless they’re a direct support/carer) attend the shop. This is to minimise foot traffic and potential spread. Also if you’re feeling unwell we ask that you please reschedule your appt and not attend.
