If not organic, the majority of our produce is Certified Naturally Farmed, and we are involved in the on farm auditing process. 14.01.2022 We have been quiet of late, but very busy. If you're in Brisbane, you can now visit us at @citywinerybne ! With the same ethos as The Barrelroom, we're still supporting a lot of the same Granite Belt producers and continuing to source free range, grass fed meat through @bossmeats and organic hogget from @malloworganicfarm. Everything is cooked over ironbark on the four metre open hearth that Travis designed, and you're welcome to walk through the kitchen to see it in action. If you're missing our sous chef @chef_pap or our tomato farmer Damon, you can catch them both here with us too! #family

04.01.2022 It is with mixed emotions we announce that we will be following an exciting new opportunity back to Brisbane in 2019. We have learnt and grown so much, and are so very grateful for all of your support over the past three years. It has been both challenging and rewarding beyond belief, and we have loved it!
