23.01.2022 *taken from bayside hub* Good morning Villagers.. As most will be aware, the Les Twentyman foundation suffered an immense loss of a library for disadvantaged school kids and donated Xmas presents yesterday. They really need Xmas presents for teenagers (theyd love vouchers but anything would be greatly recieved)... I'm happy to be a collection point if anyone would like to donate. Pls pm for details. Alternatively, you can drop off at any Le Pine funeral home. In regards to text books, they are asking for a financial donation which can be made through the link in the post below. The Foundation works so hard and is really feeling this devastating loss.. If you can spare anything, which I know is hard at this time of year, please consider supporting this appeal. 14.01.2022 anon post IM a mum of 4 kids my mum become very with cancer and liver cirrhosis after some treatment she couldn't have it anymore as it was making her nearly die anyways I couldn't go back to work to earn money as she needed 24 hour care which made me struggle cut the story my mum sadly passed and now I'm stuck at Xmas with ... no money for Xmas presents, no mum, government won't help me, and bills flowing in most importantly car Rego due which if not paid I don't have a way of getting my kids to school so I was wondering how do I go about getting help who do I contact I'm stressed out so crazy and I can't get a loan as I'm not working. 12.01.2022 HELP NEEDED URGENTLY. Single mum with 3,young children is needing our help. I am collect information all times of food and food vouchers. Basic food required ASAP. Milk , bread cheese, school snacks, cereals, canned food, nuts, chocolate, biscuits, crackers and frozen meals Toiletries etc. ... Hi Ladies. ive just got a msg off a friend that is doing it tough at the moment, she just wants to crawl into a ball and cry because she doesn't even have enough money for food to get through the fortnight. so i want to do what i can for her but i dont have alot of money myself. so im getting together what i can for her. ... i know its a busy and expensive time of year but if anyone has anything they could help out with that would be so amazing. im in frankston and im going to deliver to her in rosebud and suprise her with it. she has always been there to help everyone else and our family alot of the time and she doesnt want to ask for help so i want to help her out :) feel free to pm me or comment. thanks so much ladies.
