24.01.2022 The Beach is reopening!!!! This Saturday 9-12 We have done a deep clean of the play centre and are looking forward to seeing the kids back. There will be sanitiser at the front gate which we encourage parents to use and help the kids use. We will also do a deep clean after each session. Parents: please keep an eye on your kids, if they have a runny nose or sticky fingers please clean them up. Hygiene is everyones responsibility and our staff cant keep an eye on every ...child. Also if your child isnt fully toilet trained please put a nappy on them while at the centre, we have had reports of children wetting them selves on the equipment. Accidents happen but if they need to wear nappies please do so for the safety of all children. We have also had the need to increase the entry fee to cover the extra cleaning time. We are a non profit play centre so I am sure everyone will understand. They new price is $7 per child over 1 year old. Only under 12 year olds are permitted on the play equipment. We are also pleased to let everyone know we have some new toys arriving soon thanks to a grant from the Shire of East Pilbara. These toys are easy to clean and will be great for the younger ones and older kids. Please note that other toys are not allowed in the centre to keep our kids safe, if you child has a special toy they carry around please keep it at home. If you have any questions or concerns about our new hygiene rules please message our FB and we will reply as soon as possible, our centre is run by 100% volunteers who also work full time so please be patient with us. We look forward to seeing everyone on the weekend

20.01.2022 ** AGM today! 12th Sept - 12.30pm at The Beach Indoor Play Centre ** AGM update: 1st September Unfortunately, no positions were filled at last nights AGM. We have rescheduled the AGM for 12.30pm Saturday 12th September. The Beach will be open up until the 12th September. If a new committee is not formed at the AGM, The Beach will be closed as of 13th September until a new committee has been made. ... In order for The Beach and Red Desert Events to stay open we need community members to put their hands up and help out. Its a great place for the kids to play during the summer and we would hate to see it closed. All adults and children are welcome at the AGM, the playground will be available for the kids to use while the meeting is on. We hope to see you all there!

17.01.2022 Hey beach goers just a friendly reminder that there is to be no outside food brought onto the premises unless it's baby food and milk bottles sox must be worn on play equipment at all times and no bad behaviour will be tolerated.
