Dark leafy greens (spinach and rocket) 1/2 punnet grape/cherry tomatoes 1 orange peeled and chopped 1 punnet blueberries... 1/2 pomegranate, seeded 1/3 cup pistachios Dressing: 4 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar Juice of 1 blood orange 1 teaspoon chia seeds Pinch of salt (Tip: juice blood oranges when in season and freeze and store as ice cubes so you always have them on hand) See more

05.01.2022 Keeping up with this lot can be challenging! People often ask me how I do it. Exercise has always been a priority for me and Ive always made sure I fit it in. Ive always maintained a healthy diet but in the last two years Ive really put a lot more focus on nutrition and detoxifying my body. Ive never been one for diets as I dont believe they work, for me its about eating clean, making sure Im getting enough nutrients, getting rid of toxins that cause us to feel sluggis...h, while still enjoying food and life. No matter how well we eat. We dont get enough nutrients from our food and we dont detoxify. Ive found the perfect solution for me which I call nutrition for busy people! I want to be around for my family...that is my biggest priority so looking after MY health, as well as theirs by being a good role model, I believe is so important in todays society when it comes to food and our relationship with it. 04.01.2022 Sometimes we can eat "mindlessly". I've learned to stop and think more about what I'm putting into my body and whether it is serving me or not. We are the only ones who can control what we put in our mouth and as a mum, I've become even more conscious not just about protecting my own health, but about the example I'm setting for my kids! Create a new habit...eat consciously!

In order to process our emotional distress and move it though and out of our body so it doesnt get stuck there, we need to learn to express our emotions in a healthy way, in the body and mind.
