As always, if you are unable to secure your desired time, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you.

01.01.2022 To our valued Clientele, As we approach our busy time, we have decided to make the necessary step of implementing a strict cancellation policy for certain treatments. Last minute cancellations and no show clients are happening far too frequently and hugely affect our small business. ... Moving forward, we will require a 20% deposit of the selected treatments cost to secure your appointment via our secure online booking system. This fee will help cover our lost time and wages. Reminder texts will be sent 48 hours prior. We understand that cancelling / rescheduling need to happen from time to time, so as to not forfeit your 20%, we ask you please give us no less than 24 hours notice as this gives us the necessary time to fill your spot. If you need to reschedule, the deposit will be rolled over to your next appointment. You may also use a gift voucher number to secure your appointment. Failure to comply with the above conditions however will see 20% deducted from your voucher. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
