Pardon the pun Its certainly an interesting way to view things and admittedly at first made me feel a bit uncomfortable, as we all enjoy having our splurge meals but its not about restricting those meals entirely at all. I always get clients to start their morning routine off with a glass of water first and foremost, have it ready by the side of your bed the night before to make it easy. Hydrate your body when you wake up, you'll feel better for it!
