The best way is always to hand wash, however for those that are time poor I recommend a cold, delicate cycle inside a wash bag. Never wash your bras in hot water - it can cause the underwires, cups and inserts to misshape and bend. Once clean, lay flat in a shady place to dry. It's a simple way to make sure you get the most out of your bras.
