Call our customer service team on 1300 275 782 (1300 ASK SVC) during business hours to register your details. Please have a copy of your current rates notice with you when you call and be prepared to provide property and personal information over the phone for collection and sharing with ServiceNSW. We are assisting ServiceNSW to help streamline the process for bushfire affected property owners to apply for rates relief. However, we only have a short time to gather all the information, so please call us by Monday 28 September to register. Please be aware that ServiceNSW will approve the eligibility of land owners for rates relief, not Council.
