03.01.2022 We brought our visitors from New York here for dinner, and they and we agree that this is some seriously amazing pizza - made as it SHOULD be made. The huge woo...d-fired oven takes centre place, and provided a great source of warmth in the cool evening. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the skill with which the pizzas and garlic bread (OMG, so good!) were prepared was evident as you watch it being assembled and cooked. The base hit all the right notes for me for texture, crispy and light, not too thin, but not stodgy or too thick. The tomato sauce and cheese on the margarita were perfect, and the supreme pizza is to die for. If we didn’t live in Taree, we would eat here at least once a week, if not more. The prices are great value, and the portions are generous. We couldn’t recommend it more.
