24.01.2022 O-M-Geeeeeeee that was wonderful!!! Tonight we had Dukkah crusted Salmon with a roast vegetable salad and it was soooo very yummy! Cooked the salmon on my Chefs Grill and oven roasted my veggies! Our Meal Inspirations Dukkah spice is my all time fave spice!!

23.01.2022 Perfect roast pork. Our timer is the best way to keep track of when your roast is cooked. Wireless remote and beeps when ready. Lots of options on how you want your meat cooked as well. 19.01.2022 Tonight I had some fun experimenting with our bread recipe! Using just 1 batch of bread, I made rolls for dinner (filled with rotisserie chicken and salad) and the other half made pizza rolls!! They were both so amazing! Also in my spare time (lol) I made the fam some nice fresh butter! This machine is awesome!!

18.01.2022 I had a little energy last night after a week of sickness in our house! Cooked a beautiful Butterflied Chicken with Roast Potato and veggies! I made the marinade using half a tablespoon of Smokin BBQ rub and Italian Herb spices with 1/3 cup olive oil and it was so very yummy!! Cooked the chicken in our square roaster in about 40 minutes and it was cooked perfectly (while still lovely and juicy!) All family members were happy (even fussy miss 11!) Enjoy the pics!

15.01.2022 Tonights dinner was Dukkah crusted Lamb chops with salad (and like usual- it was bloody beautiful!) The family are trying to eat a little healthier at the moment, so this meal was only 443 Calories! Our Aussie Bush Dukkah is my favourite spice!

13.01.2022 I cooked a beautiful Beef and hidden vegetable Lasagna for dinner tonight! It was so yummy and easy to cook in our 30cm Square Roaster! We easily have enough left overs for a whole dinner another night or a whole weeks worth of lunches for hubby!
