24.01.2022 Group Therapy Group therapy offers a cost effective opportunity to understand what happens when you interact with others: how they impact on you, and how you impact them. Discover how to more clearly connect whilst remaining true to yourself. 10 Healing Outcomes... People who have attended these types of groups report: * I have become more open and honest with others * I experienced authenticity and genuineness * I feel freer and less bound by external shoulds and musts * I discovered what prevented me from connecting with others * I learnt to accept previously unknown and unacceptable parts of myself * I saw how I withdraw and isolate myself and tried something new * I found I was able to say what was bothering me instead of holding it in * I learnt how to express my feelings * The group is teaching me about the type of impression I make on others * I feel more trustful of groups and other people Structure Mondays 6:30-8:30pm (meets every second week) Starts 1 February 2016 and runs during school terms Cost $60 per session Facilitated by Gestalt therapists: Liz Macnamara and Julie Byrne.
