25.01.2022 Kylie Jones is Port Macquarie’s most charismatic personal trainer without a doubt! And tonight she threw a cocktail party for her VIP clients at the home of the lovely Jody Hopkins. What a brilliant event!! The Cocktail Initiative was there, to whip up smart drinks for some very thirsty ladies!!

The lovely Julie Bright and her fantastic golfing friends lunched in style today at Julie’s stunning home in Telegraph Point to celebrate a little bit of Christmas, and a whole lot of being fabulous!! 19.01.2022 Yesterday The Cocktail Initiative had the pleasure of attending Triple M and Hit FM’s Christmas party, on one of Port Jet’s fantastic vessels. Wow!! What a day!! And what a brilliant crowd!! Organised by the effervescent Krysti, and once again accompanied by the lovely Kayla, who put together an amazing Amazon-themed sangria with Peruvian plum pisco, Brazilian catuaba and Spanish tempranillo, guests selected from a cocktail list which included Sloe Jams, the odd Jamaican Me C...razy, some Metropolitans, and of course, the classic Margarita! 16.01.2022 Last night The Cocktail Initiative was at the riverside home of Jacquie and Brett, to help celebrate Christmas with some of the management team of our McDonald’s restaurants here in Port. Once again with help from the lovely Kayla, we showcased some stunning cocktails in an even more stunning location! Flavours of the evening were the ‘Tears Royale’ with lemon bitters, sloe gin, cassis and French sparkling, and the ‘Cubanesque’ with spiced rum, cherry liqueur, spiced chocola...te bitters and lemon juice.
