24.01.2022 It’s ARE YOU OK Day today people, so are you?? It’s ok if your not, but talk to someone about it, don’t think that your issues are invalid or not worthy of attention. Everyone has issues but the only way through is to deal with it head on, as my Big brother says, lock in the bayonet, load the gun and charge the mofo, or if your a car buff, or hoon like me it’s hammer down I live my life a quarter mile at a time. Get in touch with each other and ask the question ARE YOU OK? Sooooooo now let’s look at strategies to combat mental health issues yeah, and to kick it of a few of my favourite things, my bike, my friends, my shed, my hobbies, My humour and most importantly my family past present and future

14.01.2022 Been a busy week for the boys and I in the coffee club...... but I was stoked to finish of the week with a clutch replacement on the bike with Jason and I turning the spanners with my youngest daughter watching on And today the boys came round for a working bee at my home, I’m blessed to get these moments in time and unknowingly to me my daughter took a couple pictures while we worked, enjoy your weekend and GO THE PIES!!!!!

07.01.2022 First official ride for the Coffee club today and it was magnificent..... sun shining, coffee was good and with a good bunch of blokes..... here’s to many more, and we met Phil, Phil has one of only two 2008 Morgan Aeromax cars in Australia, 1200kg of hand built beauty with a 4.8lt BMW M3 V8, car was originally built for Richard Hammond of Top Gear Fame.
