24.01.2022 Corns and calluses are common skin conditions of the feet that can be easily treated, but good foot care and properly fitted shoes can prevent them developing. Read more about corns and calluses here http://ow.ly/qlrF50mLpRS

21.01.2022 Our wonderful friend Ebony has recently started this fantastic service getting nutritious and delicious meals delivered to those who need it most. Some of our clients have already tried her meals and are raving! If you know anyone in Coffs Harbour or Woolgoolga who would benefit from this please get in touch with Eb.

18.01.2022 We ordered a few extra heavy duty diamond files and Swiss foot dressers for those individuals at home that need to keep on top of difficult nails and callus/corns. You can call us on 02 5612 1760, pay over the phone, and we will send it out to you! Limited supply only!

17.01.2022 When you are devastated at the thought of saying goodbye to your favourite work shoes. Just buy the same ones again! Thanks Bared Footwear, we love you!

17.01.2022 Hello loyal patients and retail customers! We kindly ask that you call the clinic instead of dropping into the clinic if you do not have an appointment. It is important we keep both our sites in line with social isolation recommendations. We will endeavour to be available to our high risk patients for as long as possible. If your appointment is not essential we ask that you cancel at this time. If there is any confusion please call us, we're here to help and answer any ques...tions you may have! Workplace policy update: "There will only be the practitioner and the patient requiring ESSENTIAL healthcare on site at any time."

16.01.2022 We would like to introduce you all to our newest team member Kiara. This legend achieved a new PB on the weekend, running a half marathon in 1hr53mins! If you enjoy doing strange things like running 21.1kms you may suffer from lower limb injuries or pain. A podiatrist can help analyse your running style, give shoe and training advice and try to convince you to take up swimming. Well done Kiara!

16.01.2022 We want to send out a big congratulations to this superstar patient of ours, Rachel Cleary. She recently completed an Ironman event in under 11 hours! She came 5th in her age group and in the top 18% of all competitors. We'd like to say it was due to her orthotics but I feel it might have more to do with a lot of determination and hard work. Congratulations and time to put your feet up!

15.01.2022 Update for our valued clients and referrers. We are keeping a close eye on all of the relevant information as it comes to hand, and currently we have not been advised to close our doors. We have updated our workplace policy (I will attach in a separate post) and are recommending that our patients avoid coming to see us for any non-essential visits. We are looking into the possibility of telehealth visits for patients able to be seen with this platform. We hope everyone stays safe and positive at this time and we will keep you updated if anything changes.

14.01.2022 We are celebrating two birthdays today! Our little sister clinic in Urunga opened one year ago today. Also, our amazing admin superstar Elesha was born on this day (more than one year ago)! Celebrations all round!

13.01.2022 I didn’t believe that orthotics would work...I stand corrected

09.01.2022 We are back on the tools! We are happy to announce both our Coffs Harbour and our Urunga clinics are back open for appointments. We have spent the past two weeks self isolating and modifying our treatment protocols to ensure the safest possible environment for our patients and staff. ... We are encouraging anyone with appointments deemed as non-essential to cancel or reschedule for a later date. We hope everyone is staying safe and positive at this time and we hope it will all return to normal soon!

08.01.2022 We will keep you up to date on how we will be approaching this in the near future. Your allied health community is going to do the best we can to meet your essential health needs during this time! https://ahpa.com.au//expansion-medicare-covid-19-teleheal/

08.01.2022 Check out our fabulous new range of supportive and orthotic friendly shoes!

07.01.2022 We are sorry to inform the Coffs Coast community that as of the 30th of March 2020 we have made the decision to temporarily cease all treatments. Our ethos has always been to protect and assist in promoting the health of our community. As such we have decided the best way to achieve this in our current climate is to stay at home and encourage others to do the same. We would like to extend our thoughts to you all at this time and look forward to seeing you all in the future.... Please reach out to your General Practitioner if you are concerned about your foot health as we will be making ourselves available to them. We hope everyone stays safe and positive at this time and we will keep you updated if anything changes.

03.01.2022 The Coffs Coast Foot Clinic Workplace Policy in Response to COVID-19 The following is our current response. However, given we are in uncharted territory we will be regularly reassessing our position and will keep you updated with any changes. 1. ESSENTIAL VS NON ESSENTIAL CARE...Continue reading
