21.01.2022 Our salon may be closed but we are still here for you... Please contact us if you have any concerns we might be able to assist with. Don’t forget our retail range is available for free home delivery in the Tumut area. Oh and... PLEASE refrain yourselves from using packet colours & kitchen scissors We thank you for your patience and hope to be back in action very soon, cannot wait to see you all!

18.01.2022 Our team of hair stylists are back on the floor as of today! Please be patient with us as we dedicate our time to all of those who missed their appointments whilst we were closed. If you wish to make a new appointment please get in touch and we will add you to a call back list and contact you once we have caught up. ... All safety precautionary measures remain in place and we will endeavour to uphold our impeccable hygiene standards to ensure the safety of our staff and the community. So that we can best look after the needs of our loyal clientele we will not be taking on any new clients until further notice. We have also implemented a roster system for our staff and have limited our hours so that we can avoid over crowding the salon, with this in mind we ask if you could please refrain from bringing any +1’s to your appointment. If you aren’t feeling well or have any concerns about attending your appointment we ask that you please give us as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule. Thank you all for your understanding and support as we try and navigate our way through this uncertain time.

17.01.2022 The Collective will remain OPEN until advised otherwise by the Government. We are maintaining our high health and safety standards to ensure a sterile environment for clients and staff and ask the following in return; - Please do not bring any extra people along to your appointment (exemption for babies in prams) - Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have recently returned from overseas... - Please use the hand sanitisers supplied - Preferred method of payment is eftpos or bank transfer to eliminate cash handling Thank you for your understanding

17.01.2022 As most of you are probably aware by now, the Government will implement ‘Stage 2’ of their regulations by midnight tonight which will see hair appointments reduced to a maximum of 30 minutes and the temporary end to all massage and beauty treatments. The Collective will be open from 8am this morning until late tonight to accomodate as many of our hair colour, massage and beauty clients as possible. We are unsure at this stage what tomorrow will bring, but will let you know ...ASAP. We plan to come together tomorrow morning to discuss our future trading, with the safety of our staff and community still our main priority going forward. We thank you all so much for your constant support and understanding throughout these surreal times. We will get through this All our love and strength, Lucy and the team xx
