25.01.2022 Over the last couple of weeks the issue of addiction has been showing up and so I thought it may be a good idea to share some thoughts around this subject. In general addictions hold us in place and can a lot of times greatly suppress changes that may be very beneficial for our personal growth, joy and happiness. Addictions suppress our ability to redefine who we are and so we become stuck with the idea of who we think we are. This is always unhealthy and can lead to us stagn...aiting as a person or as a group (family/couple/business). Being in allowance to receive change/s can be challeging especially when it is a challenge to our identity but in the end will always bring about a greater sense of our true self. Addiction is also a tool or leverage our lower ego's use as a way of keeping us in the status quo. The reason for this is as above, ego does not like change very much. Anything that causes us to redefine ourselves even partially is a challenge to our ego's erroneous belief that it is it's God given right to be in control of who and what you are. Step up to the front and put your ego behind you and lead your own life as you choose, that is your God given right, not as your ego chooses. Someone once said, as it is written,"Satan get behind me"!! Pretty good advice when you read it in it's intended context. So don't succumb to your ego's desires by succumbing to your addictions! Think before you choose, so it is a choice and not a habit.

15.01.2022 I have been ask to run one of my workshops "Introduction to spirituality Level 1" So I am running this on Saturday April the 11th 2015 at 9:30 am. It will run for about 5 hours with a few breaks, lunch, depending on how many people attend. More attendees generate more interesting questions. I have allow for up to 10 people. This is a sharing of knowledge to help not only with spiritual evolution but also everyday life. With the hope that eventually you will be able to see that there no separation of the two.
